However, if the piece isn’t the right fit for your collection, our return process is simple, secure, and worry-free. Please review the following requirements carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

To begin, email returns@silvercactusjewelry.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) and a complimentary prepaid return label within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Please include:

Your order number

The full name, address, and email used on the order

The reason for your return

Confirmation whether you’d like us to provide a return label (free until January 31, 2026)

The Insurance Tag number and confirmation that the tag remains securely attached to the item, and intact.

After Launch — Return Label Fee

Beginning February 1, 2026, a $5 prepaid return label will be available for your convenience. The label cost ($5) will be deducted from your refund or store credit upon processing.

Return Authorization (RA) Requirements

Request Period:
A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. -
Return Window:
All approved returns must be received at our facility within sixty (60) calendar days of the delivery date. -
Inspection Upon Delivery:
Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival. If the numbered Insurance Tag is missing, partially detached, or appears compromised in any way, notify Silver Cactus Jewelry in writing within five (5) calendar days of the delivery date, even if the item appears to be in the condition described in the listing.
After this period, it will be understood that the item and its Insurance Tag arrived affixed, intact, and in proper condition. -
Condition Requirements:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have the Insurance Tag securely attached and intact.
Removal of the tag finalizes the sale and voids return eligibility. -
Alterations:
Please do not clean, polish, or alter the item in any way if you intend to return it. Modifications void the return policy. -
Unauthorized Returns:
Silver Cactus Jewelry reserves the right to refuse delivery of packages without an approved RA. In rare cases when an unauthorized return is accepted, a restocking fee of up to fifty percent (50%) may apply if the item arrives damaged, altered, and shows visible signs of wear and handling. -
Late Returns:
Items with an approved RA that arrive after 60 calendar days from the delivery date, but are otherwise in original, unused condition (as described on the product page), and with the Insurance Tag attached, will incur a modest 5% restocking fee, deducted from the refund or store credit. - Damaged Items with Missing or Compromised Insurance Tags:
Damaged items with a missing or compromised Insurance Tag are generally ineligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit. Each case will be reviewed individually, and claims must be reported within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Fraudulent claims will be referred to the USPS Inspector General and other authorities. [See our Terms of Service for full details.]
- Packages with Missing Contents:
Any package that arrives with missing contents must be reported to Silver Cactus Jewelry within three (3) calendar days of the recorded delivery date. Reports must include clear photographic documentation of the original shipping container, and any additional information regarding the theft.
Store Credit
We’re happy to waive the $5 prepaid return label fee if you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credits are issued within one business day after we receive, inspect, and approve your return—and they never expire.
